1. What are your shipping times?

Processing Time: Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipment.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping to the United States generally takes 7–15 business days (excluding processing). We always strive to deliver your festive items as quickly as possible! Please note holiday periods may extend this time slightly.
2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Tracking information usually updates within 2–5 days after shipment.
3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

For any returns or exchanges, please contact our support team first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, especially during the busy holiday season. You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been sent to our supplier for fulfillment.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
